Rental Selection Criteria
TG & Associates, Ltd. performs a credit, criminal and background checks along with a rental verification on all applications.

  • Applicants must be over the age of 18 years old

  • Applicants cannot be denied an application based on rental history or credit history which is older than 7 years from the date of the application.

  • Applicants cannot be denied based on criminal charges which are more than 5 years old.  The only exceptions to this are for methamphetamine related offenses, sex offenses which require registration, or homicide related offenses.

  • Applicants will not be considered if they have previous evictions.

  • Applicants need to be aware that owners will approve their dog breeds and not the management company.

  • Applicants will not be considered if they currently have open judgments or open bankruptcies. 

  • Applicants understand that in order to qualify, they must generate 3X the rent amount, combined with a co-applicant.
