Ben Townsend
Ben Townsend has been buying and selling Real Estate as a licensed agent since 1998. Ben has over 18 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Ben studied marketing at Regis University. He is the father of six children. Ben has experience selling homes from Fort Collins to Cucharras Colorado but focuses his business in the Colorado Springs area. Ben Townsend has experience in organizational development, contract management, negotiation and communication. Ben enjoys snowboarding and fly fishing here in Southern Colorado. Ben also enjoys writing and producing audio and visual media. Some of his hobbies include the Live Music of "The ManApes" rock band and the restaurant information program "Dish in The City." Ben also co-owns the marketing company Dark Lotus Media, located here in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs, Colorado and holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Regus University.
