Deana Denham is the Managing Broker for Townsend Group and Associates, Ltd. Deana is a Texas native that moved to Colorado over two decades ago. She has been a licensed realtor in the Pikes Peak Region for over 10 years and specializes in Property Management services. Deana recently sold her rental management portfolio of over 40 units as of 12/2022 to two local brokerage firms to move into private consulting and online coaching opportunities. As a property manager, Deana has experienced the dynamics of tenant and owner relations and knows the importance of maintaining quality customer service in the greater Colorado Springs community. She has supervised a number of agents and is affiliated with PPAR (Pikes Peak Association of Realtors) and has served on the local chapter board of NARPM. (National Association of Residential Property Managers) In her personal time, Deana likes to stay active and volunteer with local organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Silver Key, and is focused on completing her last year of graduate school at Naropa University's Wisdom Traditions department for her MDiv degree while raising her teenage daughter and enjoying the life and climate of southern Colorado.
