Deana Denham is the Managing Broker for Townsend Group and Associates, Ltd. Deana is a Texas native that moved to Colorado over two decades ago. She has been a licensed realtor in the Pikes Peak Region for over 10 years and specializes in Property Management services. Deana recently sold her rental management portfolio and moved into private consulting and online coaching opportunities after completing her Masters of Divinity at Naropa University in 2023.  As a real estate agent, Deana has experienced the dynamics of tenant and owner relations and knows the importance of maintaining quality customer service in the greater Colorado Springs community. She has supervised a number of agents and is affiliated with PPAR (Pikes Peak Association of Realtors) and has served on the local chapter board of NARPM. (National Association of Residential Property Managers) In her personal time, Deana likes to stay active and volunteer with local organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Silver Key, and currently is serving as a volunteer Chaplain with Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care while substitute teaching with the Manitou Springs School District and enjoying the life and climate of southern Colorado.
